Caption: I held off travelling from Reno until Saturday afternoon. Too much to sort out in Reno, and weather reports from the playa weren't entirely encouraging.
My arrival was greeted by these spectacular clouds, but the minutiae of collecting tickets and going through the gates meant I wasn't able to get onto the playa in time to take full photographic advantage of it. Rats.
