I don't know why, but I never seem to get a decent photo of Dr MegaVolt in action, ever since I first saw him perform briefly in 1998. Every time I hear his damned generators whir up and his Tesla coils start zapping I seem to be on the other side of the playa or something. This was about as good as I could get this year. Mistress MegaVolt is barely visible behind him.
